I began my yoga journey in 2017. Only after leaving a corporate life of 24 years, did I find my passion in teaching. 

​

I started practicing Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga, but then found my home in Yin Yoga. I did my training in 2020 through Natalie Botha, and I fall a little bit more in love with practice with every class I teach. 

 

Being gifted to teach people and see their transformation and how Yin has helped them navigate through their lives, is a privilege and honour.

The journey of yoga in my life has been like hiking through mountains filled with beauty, challenge, growth and perseverance

I found yoga in 2017, it quickly became something I found invaluable teachings in and felt all that yoga brought to my life. I completed my 200-hour teacher training in 2020. 

My teaching style is quite "go with the flow" incorporating various yoga styles. We will certainly challenge ourselves , ultimately to come closer to ourselves through the limbs of yoga. 

When I am not teaching, I am a practicing Homeopath and Advanced Reiki Practitioner. 

Yoga has changed my life if the most holistic of ways and I can't wait to flow with you.

My yoga journey began in 2023 during a time of deep disconnection. Struggling with an eating disorder, yoga became my guiding light, helping me rebuild my relationship with my body, mind and soul. This practice has not only enriched my love for cooking, the outdoors and movement but also became a way for me to reconnect with myself and others. 

In my classes, I aim to create a lively and welcoming space where you can explore meditation, breath work and physical practice. I combine strong flowing poses with creative movement, encouraging you to uncover your inner strength, find moments of stillness and feel rejuvenated.

My goal is to guide you to reconnect with your body, soothe your nervous system and rediscover your innate power and grace. 

Whether you're new to yoga or seeking a deeper connection, I warmly invite you to step onto your mat and take the next step in your journey.
