Participation; I confirm that I am voluntarily participating in yoga classes, workshops and related activities ("Activities") offered by RISE YOGA STUDIO and it's owners, instructors, employees, contractors and representatives.
Health and Physical Condition; I acknowledge that yoga involves physical exertion and carries a risk of injury, I am in suitable physical condition to participate, I am responsible for consulting a healthcare provider prior to participation if necessary and will inform RISE YOGA STUDIO of any injuries, medical conditions, or changes to my health. I agree to listen to my body and stop any activity if I feel discomfort, pain, dizziness or distress.
Assumption of Risk; I fully understand and accept all risks associated with participation in the Activities including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or other complications, whether known or unknown
Waiver & Release of Liability; To the fullest extent permitted by South African Law, I, Waive, release, and discharge RISE YOGA STUDIO and it's owners, instructors, employees, contractors, landlords, and affiliates ("Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my participation in the Activities or presence on the premise. Agree not to institute any legal action against the Released Parties for any such claims. This does not apply in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Indemnity; I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from my participation or any claims made on my behalf.
Personal Responsibility; I understand that Instructors provide guidance only and do not offer medical advice. There are no healthcare professionals on site. I am solely responsible for determining my ability to participate safely.
Photography & Media; I grant RISE YOGA STUDIO the right to photograph or record me during classes or events and to use such content for marketing or promotional purposes, without compensation.
Refusal of Service; RISE YOGA STUDIO reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual at its discretion.
Payments & Refund Policy; All purchases or non-refundable, non-transferable. Payment is required prior to or at the time of service.
Personal Belongings; I acknowledge that RISE YOGA STUDIO is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal items. Any items left behind may be placed in a public lost-and found area for a reasonable period of time. Any personal items not claimed or collected within 60 days may be discarded.
Governing Law; This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa
Acknowledgement; I hereby confirm that I have read and understood this Agreement. I voluntarily agree to all terms and understand that I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue.
