I'm a 200-hour yoga teacher , fuelled by my love for the transformative power of yoga. 

Inspired by the positive impact it has had on my own running and CrossFit performance, I am committed to sharing the benefits of yoga with others. 

My classes are designed to foster a playful atmosphere while pushing my students to challenge their physical practice. 

Through my classes, I aim to empower individuals to embrace the holistic benefits of yoga and enhance their overall well-being,

Through my personal journey of growth and transformation, I have evolved from my early career in corporate marketing, followed by motherhood, into fulfilling my passion by guiding and empowering others as a Mentor, a Meditation Guide and a Certified Hypnotherapist. 

My soul purpose, "Helping awaken the light, joy and power in others by nurturing & though joyful service"

As a Reiki master, I am passionate about our energy bodies and our chakra systems, regularly incorporating healing and clearing into my meditations.

I am a published teacher on the global meditation app, Insight Timer" where my specialised meditations are transforming lives on a global scale.

A lover of all things beautiful, nature, art, music and people, I am a lively mother to two nearly adult sons and a little fur-baby English Bulldog girl.

Yoga has been a grounding thread in my life for many years, both personally and professionally. 

Completing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2019 was a catalyst for a big shift in my life and it continues to help me learn and grow. 

In addition to being a yoga teacher, I am a qualified physiotherapist with a Master's Degree in Neurology. This background gives me a deep understanding of the body, the nervous system and their link to healthy and happy living. I use yoga principles daily in my physiotherapy practice and through adaptive yoga for people with neurological conditions, as well as for those who may not feel comfortable in mainstream yoga classes. 

My teaching style is mindful, supportive and accessible. 

Whether I am guiding a beginner or a more advanced group, my intention is always to hold space for students to reconnect with their bodies, cultivate presence and explore deeper layers of self-awareness.
