About the event
Join us for a gentle evening of cacao, breath, restorative movement, journaling and reflection.
This 90-minute experience is designed to help you slow down, soften the nervous system, reconnect with your heart and create space for whatever is ready to be seen, felt or released.
We’ll begin with a warm cacao ritual, followed by gentle breathwork, restorative yoga, guided reflection and a short optional sharing circle.
No experience is needed. Come as you are.
